Refund policy

LeafySIM sells digital eSIM data plans. Nothing ships, and your plan arrives by email after checkout.

Before you install

If you have not installed your eSIM, we will refund it in full. Contact us with your order number and we will process it back to your original payment method.

After you install

Once an eSIM has been installed on a device it cannot be refunded. Installing it registers the plan with the network, and it cannot be returned or reissued.

That is why we ask you to check your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked before you buy, and to install before you travel rather than after you land.

If something goes wrong on our side

If your eSIM was installed and failed because of a fault on our end, contact us. Where that cost you meaningful use of the plan, we will cover your next trip rather than leave you out of pocket.

Wrong destination

If you bought the wrong plan and have not installed it, the rule above applies and we will refund it.
